PBC in motion

From a scan path to an experiment.

Three short views of programmable beam control. Demonstrations use simulated specimen data.

01

Scan within your region

A spiral trajectory stays fully constrained to a triangular region of interest.

02

Experiment Builder

Connect modules into a repeatable experimental workflow.

03

Custom atomic patterning

A custom target sequence remains inside the triangular write region while the beam follows the selected MoS₂ columns.

Atomic Engineering Services

Collaborative work for organizations exploring material-specific defect creation, patterned atomic structures, characterization workflows and routes toward device integration.

Engagements are scoped around technical fit, facility access, material readiness and the maturity of the proposed device pathway.

In development

Programmable Matter

The long-term product is not simply a controller. It is designed matter: solid-state materials whose atomic defect architecture is intentionally written to produce targeted optical, magnetic, electronic or quantum behavior.

AtomQ is building toward repeatable atomic structures that can be aligned with photonic, electrical and mechanical device interfaces.
